Campus Environment

college-campusPTS engineers have long term experience in data cabling design and deployment for campus environments. Examples of these environments are college campuses, healthcare campus facilities, and convention centers. The transition from the campus data center to the premise wiring is typically accomplished by deploying a fiber backbone and terminating at a building or floor in an intermediate distribution frame (IDF) closet or room. In many cases, IDFs have become small computer rooms in their own right and PTS engineering can assist to establish and deploy power, space, and cooling for these spaces.
